Phone Services: Custom Calling Features

The following monthly and non-recurring rates apply to our Custom Calling Features and are in addition to the rates and charges applicable to basic service, and all additional and/or associated equipment and facilities.

You may add a single feature to your line or design a custom package with more than one feature. A standard package is also available. Charges are listed below. Please stop in at the business office or call 419-652-3571 with questions you might have or to add these features to your line.

Custom Package Per Line allows you to design your own package, selecting any of the features available. You pay full rate for the first feature and then receive fifty cents ($.50) off the regular monthly rate for each additional feature selected. If you currently subscribe to custom calling features, the monthly recurring charge will be adjusted to this new custom package rate.

* Your residential or business monthly charge will be reduced by fifty cents ($.50) if you subscribe to any Custom Calling Feature listed above, or any CLASS feature listed on the Custom Local Area Signalling Services (CLASS) Services page. If you subsequently request to have all Custom Calling Features or CLASS Features removed from your line, the monthly charge will revert to the standard charge.

** If you order more than one custom calling or CLASS feature at the same time for the same line, you will be billed only one non-recurring service order charge.
